What happens next
When will I get an answer?
Usually within one working day, and from a person on the team — not from an acknowledgement of receipt.
What happens to my details?
They land in our mailbox in the EU and are used solely to answer your enquiry. No newsletter, no resale, no transfer to third countries. Once the correspondence is finished they are deleted, unless a statutory retention obligation applies.
I do not yet know exactly what I need.
